We believe massage therapy can be extremely beneficial, as it isn't always wise to subject your body to more extreme measures which aren't necessary to return you to a full state of health. Our medical massage therapists have 15 years of experience between them, and genuinely care about their patients.

Too often, Portlanders with sore backs, necks, and shoulders don't get treatment after an accident. Headaches go on too long. Months and years later, the stiffness is still present and the body has missed an opportunity to fully heal.

Most auto injuries manifest as sore, tight, achy muscles and joints in the spine or shoulders. We believe that a gentle approach is the best - starting with therapeutic exercises, full hour-long massages, and careful, low-force adjustments as needed, depending on the diagnosis. X-rays and MRI's are ordered when indicated, and our goal is to get our patients back to health as quickly as possible. Oregon auto insurance policies cover necessary treatment 100%, and we only treat what is necessary.
We don't recommend long treatment plans or even daily treatment for most injuries. Usually, whiplash cases will resolve with twice per week treatment for about three months. Our goal is effective short-term treatment to get our patients back to pain-free living fast.
We accept lien cases from attorneys as well. Even without PIP (Personal Injury Protection), you can get all necessary treatment, including massage.
